BRIGHTON GRADE I LISTED PROJECT

Our client purchased the property at auction and appointed G3 Architecture to carry out several Listed Building Consent applications for a variety of projects. The original building had previously been sub-divided into ten apartments and the previous conversion was not very sympathetic towards the historic architectural features of this remarkable building. G3 Architecture were involved with rationalising the circulation spaces and forming open plan living and dining areas with upgrades to all kitchens and bathrooms.
