Brief: Re-design for outline planning where the former vehicle storage area and associated workshop will be demolished and redeveloped to form 9 new dwellings.

Design approach and material palette:
Mixture of face brick work and slate vertical tiling
Feature Zinc angled window bays
Slate roofs
Anthracite grey fenestration and rain water goods
Polyester powder coated aluminum louvered privacy screens
Glass balustrades
High level windows to achieve light and privacy
Open plan living
