G3 Architecture believes that in order to achieve the best design solution, the relationship between the client and G3 Architecture is critical. We place our clients at the heart of each project, listening to their needs and their evaluations of our design proposals, in order to provide a scheme that meets with their aspiration.

Free Consultation

G3 Architecture offers a free consultation where we will visit your home and review your proposal.
This initial consultation will allow G3 Architecture to:

Assess.

Assess the site and the feasibility of any design ideas you may already have.

Develop your ideas and offer technical solutions that you maybe had not thought of.

Assess the planning implications of your proposals and whether or not the work could be done under permitted development.

Advise.

Advise you on the current building regulations and what must be done in order to comply.

Advise you on the structural implications of your proposals and at what stage a structural engineer should get involved.

Build.

The chance to talk you through the entire process of building and how we work through each of the various stages.

The chance to estimate a build cost for the project and make sure that you are aware of all other likely costs, professional fees and Local Authority charges.

The chance to discuss realistic time scales for the various stages of your project.
